Travelers is seeking a Lead Architect to guide AI and emerging technology architecture across the enterprise. You will apply hands-on expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic systems to design scalable solutions with strong ethics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field or equivalent.
- 8 to 10 years of architecture experience? (not required for education)
- Advanced level architecture and hands-on engineering experience with modern technologies.

- Define and lead technology proof of concepts for feasible architecture solutions.
- Proactively analyze trends to assess impact on the enterprise.
- Drive technology transformation to reduce technical debt.
