EnableComp seeks a Senior AI Engineer to own experiments from design through training and results. You will build, train, and evaluate ML models with reinforcement learning methods (PPO, DPO, GRPO), partnering with domain experts to align outcomes with real-world needs.

The role requires strong Python and PyTorch skills, Hugging Face fluency, and the ability to communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences while ensuring HIPAA-compliant data practices.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience training or fine-tuning language models.
• Experience with PPO, DPO, or GRPO and policy optimization.
• Experience building and evaluating LLM-based agents or multi-turn systems.
• Strong Python and PyTorch skills, Hugging Face ecosystem familiarity.
• Ability to analyze complex documentation and translate to precise form.
• Experience with healthcare data or regulated industries is preferred.
• Experience generating and validating synthetic data for model training.

Responsabilidades

• Capture specialized knowledge with domain experts and convert to structured data.
• Prepare datasets, run experiments, and track configurations and budgets.
• Train and fine-tune language models using RL and supervised methods.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, metrics, and benchmarks.
