Pennylane is hiring an AI Engineer to join our ML & AI teams across Europe. You will drive agentic systems, context/memory engineering, and tool orchestration to deliver scalable, trusted AI for accountants and SMEs.

We expect 5–8 years of Python experience, hands-on work with LLMs, and strong collaboration with product and domain experts. Remote work within Europe is supported; Apple gear and 25 vacation days are among the perks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python software engineering experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs and agentic systems at scale.
• Experience turning business capabilities into tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and harden agentic loops in production with RBAC and observability.
• Own context/memory engineering and tool integration.
• Collaborate with product and accountants on live use cases.
• Define evaluation metrics and improve AI platform.
