Qualifications

• Have 3+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year working with LLMs.
• Strong interest in agentic technologies and techniques.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities with various AI APIs, tools, and frameworks.
• Able to own implementations end to end and learn required tools on the fly.
• Knowledgeable about security, data privacy, and data hygiene around agent integration.
• Thrives in a startup with creative freedom.
• Based in Germany and able to work here.
