This is a 100% remote role with ownership over end-to-end product development, including memory, tool calls, and performance optimization. You will influence product direction and delivery for real users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or ML engineering, shipping LLm-based products to real users.
• Experience building conversational products with measurable outcomes.
• Production experience with agent frameworks, tool calling, and state management.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a conversational assistant with long-term memory and personalization.
• Orchestrate multi-step agent workflows with tool calls and handoffs.
• Evaluate models offline and online; monitor performance against user outcomes.
• Implement guardrails, safety, and GDPR/EU AI Act compliance.
• Support deployment with streaming responses, latency optimization, and cost control.
