Job summary

Novisto is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own the retrieval, orchestration, and AI workflow layers behind our knowledge-driven experiences. You will design and operate production systems that retrieve, rank, and assemble context for LLMs, and build extraction and agentic pipelines that turn documents into structured data.

You will work hands-on to ensure reliable, scalable deployments on Kubernetes, partnering with product and platform teams to raise AI quality into a measurable product

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building and scaling LLM-backed systems in production.
• Strong Python expertise and cloud infrastructure fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation infrastructure.
• Develop agentic flows and tool/token management.
• Create document automation pipelines to extract structured data.
• Support API and infrastructure ownership with Kubernetes deployments.
