Job summary

JHProIT is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to represent the firm in client interviews, evaluate ML processes, and lead data-driven AI initiatives. You will collect and analyze large data sets, program AI software, and collaborate across teams to set goals for AI projects.

The role demands strong expertise in ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and NLP, with leadership experience and a track record in deploying AI solutions to production environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years AI/ML engineering experience.
• Solid experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
• Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP.
• Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns.
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Represent JHProIT at interviews with clients.
• Evaluate machine learning processes.
• Collect and analyze large amounts of data.
• Programme AI software to utilize large amounts of data.
• Collaborate with other team members to establish goals for AI processes.
• Develop and deploy AI algorithms.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of AI.
• Manage the data and project infrastructure.
• Staying up to date on the latest AI developments.
• Collaborate with data scientists to transition models from research to production.
• Secure contracts on the company's behalf.
• Manage model deployment in cloud environments (e.g. SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Work closely with product teams to embed AI into workflows.
• Give input into technical matters while projects are ongoing.
• Participate in engineering assessments.
• Participate in client discussions and provide direction for technical requirements for projects.
• Understand technical requirements and connect engineering decisions to business needs.
• Collaborate with the internal development team to deliver on projects.
• Bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and hands-on technical execution.
• Guide architectural decisions, system design, and technology roadmaps for client or internal projects.
