Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior AI Engineer/Databricks Architect to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications and agentic workflows at scale within the insurance domain. This remote, full-time role requires strong Python, Databricks, and ML engineering skills with hands-on experience shipping LLM-based solutions to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, AI, or ML engineering.
• Proven experience deploying AI/LLM solutions to production.
• Agentic AI experience and strong Databricks expertise.
• Expert-level Python development and cloud experience (Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and agentic workflows in production.
• Develop solutions using LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and modern AI engineering practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Apply MLOps for deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD of AI solutions.
