• 3+ years building AI or ML systems in production.
• Fluency with at least one agent framework or SDK and ability to justify choice.
• Tool and function calling: define tools, wire to internal APIs, handle structured outputs.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents that automate real workflows.
• Design and deploy multi-step agents with internal APIs and data retrieval.
• Architect scalable solutions with business stakeholders and reference patterns.
• Develop forecasting, propensity, and segmentation models and evaluation plans.
• Instrument and operate production AI surfaces with monitoring and governance.
