Qualifications

5+ years of AI/ML or data engineering experience.
Production experience designing and deploying AI/ML systems.
Strong Python and SQL development skills.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Generative AI & LLM architectures for enterprise solutions.
Architect and optimize Databricks, MLOps pipelines and deployments.

This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technologies including Databricks, Generative AI, LLM orchestration frameworks, MLOps platforms, and cloud‑based AI services. The team partners with major enterprise clients to build highly scalable AI products that deliver measurable business value.

This is more than a traditional technical lead position. The organization is looking for a hands‑on AI expert who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while mentoring other engineers and helping establish AI best practices across the team. Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of AI, machine learning, or advanced data engineering experience
Production experience designing and deploying AI/ML systems
Strong expertise with Databricks ecosystem including Unity Catalog
Experience building Generative AI and LLM-based applications
Deep understanding of MLOps concepts and best practices

Experience working in AWS, Azure, or similar cloud environments
