Osano is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our Engineering team in a remote-capable role within the United States. You will architect and deploy autonomous AI agents, design strict-source-following RAG systems, and implement guardrails that ensure privacy-compliant, reliable production AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, orchestration, and evaluation for production use.
• Experience deploying AI workloads on AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design strict-source-following Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with citation integrity.
