Job summary

Grafana Labs in the United States is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to help build AI-powered observability features that help users detect and resolve incidents at scale.

You will work with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and ship AI-driven capabilities, including agent-powered workflows, while maintaining a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and performance in a cloud-native environment. Remote-friendly with USA-time-zone eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs and GenAI.
• Proven track record delivering production software.
• Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with observability tooling and incident response workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver AI features to detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data.
• Prototype and ship agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers to shape AI-driven features.
• Use AI tools to enhance product functionality and development workflows.
• Communicate effectively across teams in a dynamic environment.
• Own the AI solutions and ensure they are scalable and maintainable.
