Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering, 3+ years in AI/ML development.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks; strong NLP and neural nets.
• Hands-on with MLOps tools, cloud AI platforms, secure data pipelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; collaborate across teams.
• Commitment to ethical, transparent AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for automation and analytics.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align AI with goals.
• Research and prototype new AI applications for leave management.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Implement MLOps for training, testing, deployment, monitoring.
• Partner with data engineering to maintain clean, secure data pipelines.
