Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of software development with .NET/C#.
2+ years building AI solutions and agents on Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET/C# applications and services.
Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services).
Build and deploy intelligent agents that integrate with enterprise systems and workflows.
Apply prompt engineering and context engineering to optimize agent behavior and outputs.
Integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance agent knowledge.
Leverage tool use orchestration and action planning for agent interactions with external systems.
Implement memory management for agents (episodic, semantic, working).
Use state management, goal tracking, and feedback loops for autonomous decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and DevOps to deliver solutions.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
