Job summary

INFUSE is hiring Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You’ll lead the full lifecycle from scoping with stakeholders to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement. Our stack includes Python, TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, and multiple LLM providers.

This is a hands-on, remote role with a strong product focus. You will work across architecture, development and deployment, owning success metrics,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems you’ve designed, shipped and supported.
• Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows in production.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks/SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph.
• Able to explain your build approach without a tool.
• Hands-on with MCP and RAG: servers, tool layers, and retrieval pipelines.
• Experience with multiple LLM providers and AWS Bedrock: routing, fallbacks, costs.
• Strong Python and SQL; comfortable with TypeScript/Node.js.
• Production AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
• Product thinking: cost and measurable success; own outcomes.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools; verify outputs.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows (tool use, MCP, retrieval, orchestration).
• Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers for data access.
• Own quality and cost: evals, telemetry, prompt/versioning, failover.
• Ship through CI/CD with tests, containerized deploys, monitoring.
• Contribute to platform pieces: agent template, LLM gateway, observability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to scope and validate use cases.
