Eleven Software is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead company-wide AI productivity initiatives and contribute as a senior software engineer to the core product. You will design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and tools that accelerate delivery and improve quality across engineering and other departments.

You will champion security-first practices, evaluate new AI tools, and develop training strategies to bring all employees along in adopting AI effectively and securely.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years with leadership in AI adoption and tooling.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows or automation systems with measurable productivity gains.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML landscape and practical secure solutions.
• Experience developing AI/technical training programs for diverse audiences.
• Strong security awareness for AI tool adoption and data handling in multi-tenant SaaS.
