Target is seeking a Sr AI Engineer to advance AI/ML systems across the enterprise, including LLM-powered and agentic workflows. You will build production-grade applications, deploy models, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience building AI/ML applications including LLM-powered apps.
• Experience with model APIs and orchestration.
• Strong debugging and production deployment knowledge.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML applications for automation and insight.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product partners and security teams.
• Develop APIs, data/workflows, and production support for AI systems.
• Ensure security, reliability and operational readiness of AI applications.
