Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Sr. AI Engineer in Eagan, Minnesota to advance the organization’s AI strategy. You will design and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions and partner with data scientists and business teams to scale data pipelines.

You will mentor junior data scientists, work across AWS/Azure environments, and contribute to reusable frameworks that accelerate product delivery in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related data analytics & business intelligence professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions from concept to implementation.
• Create reusable frameworks and engineering patterns for products and problems.
• Guide cloud migration and integration of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product, data science, engineering, and business teams.
• Deploy AI/ML models in production with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain tests for APIs and ML models.
