Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and at least six years' experience across human capital, data science or technology development, including exposure to AI.
• Strong Python and data skills, with practical familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agentic architectures and modern AI development tools.
• Knowledge of statistical methods; social‑science research experience is useful.
• Evidence of delivering across ambiguous, cross‑functional workstreams and influencing stakeholders.
• Management experience is preferred rather than essential.

The remit combines hands‑on prototyping with technical direction. You will build in Python, guide integration into production products, evaluate outcomes and help colleagues make informed choices as models and tooling evolve.
