Job summary

Beacon Technologies is seeking a talented and experienced Senior AI Engineer for our client partner in Green Bay. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack software solutions with a focus on integrating AI/ML technologies to enhance products and services.

You will join a team of engineers, product managers, and domain experts building production agentic systems from the ground up, tackling complex freight scenarios and data integration challenges.

Qualifications

• 7+ years software or data engineer experience.
• 2+ years' experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Proficiency with AI/ML libraries and frameworks and model training/tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop generative AI and ML features integrated into software solutions.
• Contribute to full stack development including frontend and backend tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to deploy scalable AI-driven capabilities.
• Engage in architectural discussions to integrate AI across products.
