Job summary
CI&T is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of AI-powered products and solutions. You will leverage Generative AI as the foundation of software engineering across the full product development lifecycle, from requirements and design to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
You will design and implement intelligent agents, tackle advanced AI architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong software engineering experience using Python or similar language.
- Hands-on with Generative AI frameworks, APIs, modern LLM ecosystems.
- Proven experience building AI Agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience with LLMOps, observability, tracing and evaluation.
- Knowledge of AI security practices and guardrails.
- Experience with A2A and ACP protocols.
- Experience deploying AI throughout SDLC from design to production.
- Understanding of memory in AI agents.
- Experience in cloud-native environments.
- Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
