Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced AI Engineer in New York to design and build scalable AI-powered solutions for enterprise applications. The role covers developing with Python/Java/TypeScript, building AI solutions with LLMs, and architecting prompt engineering and agent orchestration.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Python, Java or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering and AI application development.
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering and Agent Orchestration.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, SDKs and enterprise platforms.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Data Engineering, SQL, ETL pipelines and Vector Databases.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP or similar AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using Python, Java or TypeScript.
• Build AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and context engineering.
• Design and implement agentic workflows and multiagent orchestration.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems through APIs, developer tools and cloud services.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes and vector databases.
• Deploy and manage solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled products.
