Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced AIML Engineer to design, develop, deploy and support scalable AI solutions that deliver business value. You will work with ML, generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures to build production-ready AI applications.

The role requires strong Python, ML, and software engineering skills, plus experience with MLops, cloud platforms, and vector databases. You will mentor teammates and ensure governance and security standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science or software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy ML models for prediction, recommendation and anomaly detection.
• Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment and monitoring.
• Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with business/data/engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, responsible AI and model risk management.
