Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields with 4+ years (MS) or 6+ years (BS) of AI/ML experience.
• 6+ years of Python/Go/Scala/CUDA/Java programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components (foundation models, LLMs, agents, vector databases).
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI tech (AWS Ultraclusters, HuggingFace, VectorDBs, PyTorch).
• Advance foundation model optimization for performance, cost, latency, and throughput.
• Contribute to the long-term AI systems roadmap at Capital One.
• Lead multi-model orchestration pipelines integrating LLMs and domain models.
