Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields with 6+ years of AI/ML experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
6+ years of programming experience in Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products and improve user interactions at Capital One.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including model training, inference, agents, and workflows.
Lead governance reviews for cost-performance, GPU utilization, and model throughput to optimize production readiness.
Mentor Principal and Manager-level AI engineers to raise technical maturity across teams.
