Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a seasoned AI/ML engineer to own technical workstreams and deliver end-to-end AI components within an established architecture. You will design end-to-end AI components, build governed agentic workflows and APIs, and make independent technical decisions in collaboration with strategy, technology, data, and design teams.

The role requires 5–6 years in software or AI/ML engineering, experience with LLMs, RAG, function calling, orchestration frameworks, vector databases,

Qualifications

Strong AI literacy with core AI and generative AI concepts.
Ability to apply AI capabilities to enterprise transformation and delivery.
Experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research and solution development.
Collaboration across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions.
