Job summary

H2O.ai is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in Dallas to design and ship end-to-end AI solutions for complex enterprise problems, including agentic AI systems and LLM-based applications. This role is hands-on, embedded in a customer-facing field team, with work evaluated by real enterprises from day one.

You will collaborate with Kaggle Grandmasters and ML experts to deliver production-ready AI that scales across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments, driving measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, including end-to-end model development and production deployment.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions across multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical engagements with enterprise customers and drive outcomes.
• Design and ship agentic AI systems and multi-agent frameworks for complex workflows.
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications and production ML pipelines.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and collaborate with product/solution teams.
