FastTek Global in Dearborn, Michigan seeks an AI Senior Associate to architect and deploy production AI/ML data products that transform high-volume engineering information into actionable insight.

You will work across applied machine learning, generative AI, data platforms, and cloud engineering to deliver scalable, observable systems with strong governance, reliability, and explainable results for engineering teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production software, data, or ML systems.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed workloads.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and operate reliable data products at enterprise scale.
• Develop embeddings, retrieval, and RAG workflows with observable patterns.
• Lead cloud architecture, containers, and CI/CD for secure deployments.
• Own system reliability from design to production and improve capacity planning.
• Deliver analytics and decision-support tools for engineers and leadership.
