Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering with 2+ years in lead AI roles.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and services.
• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript and GCP.
• Experience with IVR, voice bots or contact center tech.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Kubernetes/GKE experience and cloud-native delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered IVR and voice bot solutions.
• Lead architecture, engineering design, and implementation of AI initiatives.
• Build Node.js/TypeScript microservices for low-latency voice workloads.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI features from concept to production.
• Apply agentic AI patterns; optimize prompts, workflows, and orchestration.
• Collaborate with product, platform, voice, and operations teams.
• Provide technical mentorship and code reviews across initiatives.
• Establish best practices for AI development, testing, deployment, observability.
• Apply SRE principles for resiliency, scalability, and production readiness.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance (PII / PCI).
