Job summary

Equifax is seeking an AI Engineer to spearhead a technology transformation, architecting cloud-native AI solutions and leading a cross-functional team across AI agents, prompts, and production-grade systems on Google Cloud Platform.

You will mentor engineers, drive innovation with LangChain/LangGraph, and collaborate with product leaders to deliver scalable, reliable APIs and microservices. This role emphasizes leadership, architecture, and hands-on coding in Python/JS/Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in software engineering with leadership and shipping complex systems.
• Direct experience architecting/building LangChain/LangGraph or similar agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and deployment of cloud-native AI solutions at scale.
• Mentor cross-functional engineers and drive technical excellence.
• Define roadmaps, track SLA/SLO/SLI metrics, and ensure DevSecOps compliance.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and frontend/UI teams.
• Lead agile ceremonies and deliver production-grade AI agents on GCP.
