Job summary

This is a hybrid role based in Morrisville, NC. You will ship AI agents, ensure reliability and safety in production, and mentor engineers on agent design patterns and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/SE or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years building LLM-based applications or AI agents.
• Hands-on depth in modern AI stack and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI agents and LLM-powered applications for enterprise platforms.
• Build RAG pipelines and knowledge systems for reliable AI workflows.
• Collaborate with product analysts and stakeholders to translate use cases into buildable AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers on agent design patterns, evaluation discipline, and responsible AI practices.
