Job summary

ARC Group is seeking a Senior AI Developer to architect and deploy cloud-native AI solutions for enterprise unstructured data management and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) at scale. The role spans AI engineering, backend development, and cloud architecture, leveraging AWS services, Bedrock, S3, Snowflake, and vector databases to deliver production-grade, secure workflows and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional software development including AI/ML in production.
• Strong backend services, APIs, microservices or event-driven apps.
• Hands-on AWS experience with S3/EC2 and Bedrock.
• Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms.
• Production AI deployment with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG.
• Experience with workflow orchestration (Step Functions, Airflow, Temporal).

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered solutions that ingest, classify, extract, enrich, and route information from unstructured documents.
• Develop autonomous AI agents using AWS AgentCore, LangGraph, MCP and related frameworks.
• Build secure, scalable AWS-based cloud architectures and Bedrock-powered services.
• Create production-grade APIs/microservices and event-driven applications.
• Implement auditable workflows with orchestration tools and integrate data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams while mentoring junior engineers.
