You will work with Python, Java, LangChain, LangGraph, and Kubernetes to deliver end‑to‑end AI use cases with direct business impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Hands-on production experience with agentic/GenAI applications.
• Strong Python engineering skills for production AI environments.
• Experience with Java service layers and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph for orchestration.
• Kubernetes-based deployment and model serving stack.
• Ability to explain architecture, failures, and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate production agentic AI systems at scale.
• Own end-to-end agent use cases with business stakeholders.
• Design orchestration patterns for autonomous or semi-autonomous agents.
• Develop enterprise capabilities as tools for LLMs.
• Engineer backend services in Python with Java integration when needed.
• Maintain production AI infrastructure including Kubernetes stack.
• Analyze failure modes and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with vendor, engineering, and business teams for rapid delivery.
• Keep a production-first standard without overemphasizing frameworks.
