Job summary

Arohana Tech Solutions Private Limited is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Agentic AI Foundry team. Hybrid in the USA with proximity to Dallas, you will design, build, deploy, and integrate production-ready Agentic AI solutions, focusing on cost savings and automation.

Candidates should have a strong software development background, Python, LLM/RAG experience, and familiarity with LangChain, APIs, cloud services, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Independent, startup mentality encouraged.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering background with production experience.
Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions.
Strong Python development skills.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
Experience with APIs, microservices, cloud, Docker/Kubernetes, or CI/CD.
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Agentic AI / GenAI applications and workflows.
Build, deploy, and integrate AI agents into enterprise applications.
Develop LLM, RAG, and multi-agent solutions.
Build scalable APIs and backend services using Python.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data, applications, and APIs.
Deploy and support AI solutions in cloud/production environments.
Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
Work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with minimal supervision.
