Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our remote-first team. You will work on AI/agent-enabled software for leading startups and Fortune 500 clients, delivering robust Python-based solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering, strong Python and AI/agent experience, and hands-on Google ADK. This remote role thrives in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, building production applications with Python and AI/agent technologies.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Hands-on experience with Google ADK or similar agent development frameworks.
Strong professional experience with Python for developing production software and backend services.
Experience using Git for version control and collaborative software development.
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.
Experience developing and delivering production-ready software solutions.
Understanding of modern software development practices, including testing, code quality, and deployment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
Interest in AI-driven software development and emerging agentic AI technologies.
Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
Forensic attention to detail.
A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.

Responsibilities

Team Augmentation: you will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
Design & Build: you will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
Contribute to libraries and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable software delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable AI-powered solutions.
