Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and AI/agent technologies.
• Advanced English proficiency and a four-year college degree.
• Hands-on experience with Google ADK or similar agent development frameworks.
• Strong backend development experience with Python and production-ready software.
• Experience with Git and containerized apps (Docker).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and deployment practices.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to own and drive complex, large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design AI-driven software.
• Develop production-grade Python services and agents using ADK.
• Participate in team augmentation or design & build engagements.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments with a can-do attitude.
