We’re partnered with a unicorn Fintech company that's revolutionizing the lending industry through cutting-edge AI. Founded by former executives from top-tier tech firms and investment banks, this is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth business on the verge of profitability, backed by leading Tier-1 investors.

The company is about to launch an entirely new, industry-first product—a greenfield initiative leveraging Generative AI to develop an agentic system and application poised to transform the customer experience. With 5x year-over-year growth over the past three years, the trajectory is steep and exciting.

You'll join a world-class engineering team composed of alumni from Google, Meta, and Stripe. Initially, your work will focus on core platform development as a product engineer, building and shipping new features. Within 6–12 months, your role will evolve into leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven capabilities such as document classification, contact center analytics, and domain-specific agentic AI.

You’ll also spearhead the implementation of generative AI use cases to streamline operations and manage the full lifecycle of open-source deep learning models across advanced infrastructure.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally with strong Python skills and a focus on AI product development
• Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered applications (AI/ML, LLMs, agentic systems)
• Solid engineering foundation with experience in AI/ML, preferably in environments such as high-growth startups, big tech companies, or top AI firms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir)
• Interest or experience in full-stack development is a plus
