Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Gen AI engineering leader to drive AI orchestration, LLM integration with ML models, and production-grade AI solutions within Azure and Snowflake ecosystems.

You will establish governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practices while steering enterprise architecture and stakeholder alignment across matrixed teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Gen AI / AI engineering initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and implement AI governance and guardrails.
• Strong enterprise architecture and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Python, ML Ops, and ML model deployment in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI orchestration layer and autonomous AI systems.
• Integrate LLMs with ML models in Azure and Snowflake ecosystems.
• Drive production-grade AI solutions with governance and responsible AI practices.
• Lead AI governance, risk, and compliance across enterprise projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global/matrixed environment.
• Guide RAG and document intelligence solutions from idea to deployment.
