Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned engineer to design cloud infrastructure, lead architecture decisions, and drive end-to-end DevOps initiatives across AI-enabled projects.

You will implement Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

This role offers ownership and autonomy, with opportunities to shape tech strategy and work with diverse teams in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have DevOps and infrastructure experience.
• Experience architecting and managing cloud infra (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficient with Terraform and automation of infrastructure provisioning.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Containerize apps with Docker and Kubernetes and manage scalability.
• Technical leadership across projects.
• Ability to independently scope, plan, and deliver complex projects.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Skills and Requirements

Skills (must haves):

• DevOps & Infrastructure


• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)


• Experienced with Terraform & automation of infra provisioning


• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows


• Containerize applications (Docker, Kubernetes) and manage scalability

Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture decisions and best practices across projects

Ownership & Autonomy

• Independently scope, plan, and deliver complex projects


• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Good to have:

• End-to-End AI Development


• Design, develop and deploy AI systems into production (Python preferred)


• Build and integrate APIs and services that expose AI capabilities


• Work with LLMs, traditional ML models, and data pipelines


• Agent system design & development using LangGraph (or similar frameworks)


• Familiarity with Claude Code & skill based agentic systems.

Full Stack Engineering

• Develop backend services (Python, Node.js, or similar)


• Build intuitive frontend interfaces (React, Next.js, or similar)


• Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, and AI components
