Job summary

Acquire Me is building an internal AI and agent platform to transform how engineers, researchers, and traders work. You’ll develop infrastructure behind production AI agents, integrate latest models and coding agents, and enable scalable tooling across inference, orchestration, tracing and integrations.

You will have freedom to experiment with new models, push boundaries, and deploy winning approaches into production for real workflows across the firm.

Job description

A leading quantitative trading firm is building an internal AI and agent platform from the ground up, with the goal of changing how engineers, quantitative researchers and traders work.

This isn't a chatbot or a thin wrapper around an API. You'll build the infrastructure and tooling behind production AI agents - integrating the latest models and coding agents, building agent harnesses, inference infrastructure, tracing and integrations, and then applying them to real workflows across engineering, research and trading.

The space is moving incredibly quickly, and you'll have significant freedom to experiment with new models and approaches and put the ones that work into production.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI agents and tooling used directly by engineers, researchers and traders

• Build the underlying agent platform across inference, orchestration, tracing, configuration and integrations

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on experience building with LLMs and agents - tools, context, orchestration and model APIs
• Familiarity with coding agents and the rapidly evolving model ecosystem
• Comfortable moving between product, developer tooling and infrastructure
• Someone who experiments with this technology outside work and genuinely keeps up with the space
• Ability to take ambiguous ideas and turn them into production systems

Experience with model evaluation, inference optimisation, fine‑tuning or post‑training is a bonus.

No finance experience required.
