Harbor is seeking a Senior Manager, Research & Technology Enablement to help law firm libraries and research departments implement AI-enabled workflows. This fully remote role can be worked from anywhere in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada, with some travel to client sites and events.

You will collaborate with research leaders, librarians, and practice teams to map current processes, identify AI-enabled opportunities, and design, test, and adopt trusted AI research workflows.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS), JD, or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in legal research, knowledge management, or information services within a law firm, professional services, or corporate legal environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI legal tools and designing AI-enabled workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to library and research department leaders on AI adoption, readiness, and responsible use.
• Design AI-enabled research workflows and agents, pairing each use case with the right tool in the client’s existing AI toolkit.
• Lead client presentations, demos, and workshops, and support proposal and scoping conversations for new enablement work.
• Develop and deliver AI training for research teams and lawyers, including live sessions and quick-start guides.
