You will lead discovery, design workflows, and drive adoption across engagements. You will also train teams, manage vendor relationships, and translate updates into practical guidance for clients and Harbor teams.

Harbor is seeking a Senior Manager, Research & Technology Enablement to help law firm library and research departments get real value from AI. This is a client-facing advisory role. You will work alongside research leaders, librarians, and practice teams to understand how they work today, identify where AI can make a meaningful difference, and help them design, test, and adopt AI-enabled research workflows that their lawyers can trust.
A big part of the role is working with legal technology and content vendors on their AI offerings. You will get to know their products in depth, keep on top of what is changing, and act as a practical bridge between vendor capability and what clients actually need. You will also help build AI fluency within Harbor’s own research and intelligence teams so we can bring that expertise to every client we support.
This is a fully remote role that can be worked from anywhere in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada. Some travel to client sites and industry events may be required.
