Infor Consulting Services in Dallas is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build an AI-enabled capability from the ground up. You will work hands-on, designing components, delivering production-ready software and shaping the architecture as the team evolves.

You will contribute to system design, leverage LLMs and RAG, and collaborate with experienced engineers to turn innovative ideas into robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on software development experience.
• Experience delivering production software.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and maintainability.
• Practical exposure to modern AI technologies.
• Familiarity with LLMs and RAG concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop components of a new AI-enabled capability.
• Build production-ready software and remain hands-on with code.
• Contribute to technical architecture, system design and engineering decisions.
• Develop solutions using modern AI technologies, including LLMs and RAG.
• Experiment with new technologies and turn promising ideas into robust solutions.
• Help integrate newly developed capabilities with existing Infor technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with experienced engineers and technical leadership.
• Apply strong software engineering principles to a fast-moving AI development environment.
• Take ownership of technical problems from initial exploration through implementation.
• Help shape the engineering practices of a newly formed team.
