Job summary

Talentify in Spring, TX is seeking a senior software engineer to own end-to-end delivery of services, architecting scalable systems and leading design reviews. You will define technical standards across the organization, implement AI-augmented tooling, and ensure security and compliance by construction.

You will mentor engineers, drive production readiness, and collaborate with Platform/DevOps to ship robust, auditable software in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years at Staff or Principal level.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science (MS preferred).
• Delivery experience in regulated or compliance-bound environments (CMMC, FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001)

Responsibilities

• Ideation through design: turn ambiguous business problems into technical direction and architecture.
• Full stack implementation: design and build front-end applications and services with production-grade code.
• Test strategy and coverage: own automated testing, enforce unit-test coverage, and maintain robust end-to-end tests.
