You will architect features, write clean code, and collaborate across disciplines to meet stringent performance and regulatory standards.

This role requires 4+ years in software development, experience with regulated industries, and proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/EE or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive software development experience.
• Experience in regulated, safety-critical industries (nuclear preferred).
• Proficiency in JS/TypeScript/Python.
• Strong SDLC knowledge (Agile/Waterfall).
• Solid design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Git and collaborative development experience.
• Ability to design complex software architectures.
• Strong QA and testing methodology know-how.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of robust, scalable software for nuclear energy applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with hardware, control systems, and software teams for integration.
• Implement rigorous software QA, testing, and documentation for compliance.
• Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure reliability.
• Propose innovative solutions from concept to deployment.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams and design specs.
