The role emphasizes AI-assisted engineering, secure DevSecOps practices, and collaboration with product teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of OO development, strong Azure experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of object-oriented software development with C#, .NET Core, and Razor Pages.
• Full-stack development with React and .NET back-end services.
• Experience with Azure services and REST APIs.
• Hands-on AI-assisted engineering practices, including LLM tooling, code generation, and workflow automation.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Azure Cosmos DB).
• Strong DevSecOps with secure coding, CI/CD, and cloud.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math or equivalent; Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack components with React front ends and C#/.NET back-end services.
• Rewrite legacy applications using the Microsoft tech stack.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering with LLMs, AI tooling, and automation.
• Write clean, maintainable code with sound design patterns and documentation.
• Ensure automated unit, system, and regression tests with NUnit.
• Follow Agile DevOps processes and PCI/HIPAA security requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers during discovery and usability sessions.
• Document current software state and maintain confidentiality.
