Natoli Engineering is hiring two senior full-stack developers to design, build and run our software portfolio from St. Charles, Missouri.

You will own the portfolio with the other senior developer, guiding architectural decisions, ensuring quality and AI integration across the SDLC, and collaborating with stakeholders from discovery to deployment. The role emphasizes production-grade code, thorough documentation, and clear trade-offs, with shared ownership and no direct reports.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience at senior level.
• Hands-on AI-enabled development with enterprise-grade code.

Mansioni

• Own the portfolio and shape architectural direction with the Head of IT.
• Review peers' work, collaborate with contractors, and ensure quality hardening.
• Incorporate AI into SDLC, tooling, and CI/CD with guardrails and documentation.
• Estimate effort, plan releases and communicate risks to stakeholders.
