Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience across software, cloud, or infrastructure domains.
• Hands-on experience building and validating solutions (code, IaC, tested deployments).
• Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI/ML in production: agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, and foundation model integration.

Responsibilities

• Build working prototypes and PoCs in customer sandbox environments to validate architectural approaches.
• Lead architectural decision ownership and ensure coherence across teams and workstreams.
• Advise customers on technical strategy and translate AI/cloud capabilities into business outcomes.
• Partner with ProServe and sales to accelerate adoption and revenue opportunities.
