• Architectural Reasoning & Decision Ownership: Frame and resolve technical trade-offs, ensure coherence across systems, and own architectural decisions with customers.
• Advisory & Customer Influence: Own end-to-end technical strategy for assigned customers and guide senior technical leaders in cloud adoption.
