Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer within the Corporate Sector - Employee Platforms team in Plano, TX. You will contribute to a trusted, scalable platform and own end-to-end delivery with autonomy in a small, senior team.

You will advance AI-assisted development, drive secure coding practices, and modernize C#, .NET, and PowerShell workflows at scale. Expect a collaborative, fast-paced, and high-bar environment with opportunities to shape critical technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and LLM integration in production context.
• 7+ years of deep working knowledge of C#, .NET, and PowerShell in production environments.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools with code review, testing, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions and critiques design and implementation to solve complex problems.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and reliability.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation and value realization.
• Identifies opportunities to reduce recurring issues for better stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and integration.
